Shall assist the Pastor in caring for this flock of Gods.  The pastor has oversight of the well fair of the sheep.  The Deacons assist the Pastor in nurturing, caring for and carrying out the needs to the Church membership.  Deacons are appointed and not elected according to scripture and serve in accordance with the qualifications outlined in 1st Timothy 3:8-13; etal; under the direction of the under-shepherd.  In assisting the Pastor, Deacons of Greater Shiloh will maintain the designated functions and prayerfully serve by enhancing all Spiritual and Doctrinal Polity’s & Practices of the Baptist Faith.
